This art work is inspired by our recent trip to Halifax as a group. We learned that following the Halifax explosion, haligonians (i.e. Halifax natives) were sent bright coloured paints from Boston to help them rebuild their communities and we were inspired by those vibrant communities during our stay to paint this mural!
