Delivery Policy

St. Joe’s offers complimentary same day or next day delivery to inpatients and staff  at the Charlton Campus. In-store pick-up is also available at the Charlton Campus. 

Delivery to the King and West 5th Campuses with 2 to 4 business days.

Note: Some inpatient units may not permit live plants, flowers and may have other restrictions.

When placing your order provide the following information in the message box at check out-

• For patients provide first and last name, room number if known
• For staff provide first and last name, department/unit and contact number if known

In-store pick-up is available at the Charlton Campus, select the Pick-up option at checkout.

A copy of your order confirmation must be presented at time of pick-up.

We currently do not offer shipping outside of the hospital.
